TelePacific Scores High with Inc. Magazine
for its Fifth Consecutive Year

It's important to have confidence in the telecom service you recommend to your customers. That's why we want you to know that TelePacific Communications is a dynamic, rock-solid, and progressive telecom provider that you can feel absolutely secure in promoting. And we're not just blowing our own horn – TelePacific's excellence has been recognized by some of the industry's most well-regarded publications.

In August, TelePacific was named one of Inc. Magazine's Fastest Growing Private Companies for the fifth year in a row. Celebrating "the remarkable achievements of today's entrepreneurial superstars," Inc. Magazine's eagerly-anticipated annual list showcases the nation's vibrant community of privately-held small businesses that drive our economy.

We're understandably pleased to be included on this outstanding list. And as a vendor who recommends our telecom services, we hope you're excited, too. We want you to be proud (and confident) when you tell your customers about our first-class, cutting-edge voice and data solutions.

The recent shout-out by Inc. Magazine is hefty validation that TelePacific has continued to grow and flourish, despite a stagnant (and sometimes downright scary) economy. Over the past few years, TelePacific has expanded both our services and our national footprint. The company has a strong future, and we'll remain a solid, consistent partner for our vendors in the years to come.

In 2010, not only did TelePacific maintain its Inc. Magazine position as one of the nation's telecommunications leaders (ranking the third highest in gross revenue among telecommunications companies nationwide, and number one in California!) we also garnered “honor roll" status by earning five or more INC 5000 awards.

Dick Jalkut, president and CEO of TelePacific, is delighted to point out that — as we expand services and enter new markets - the company "continue[s] to become an economic driver in the communities in which we work - providing jobs, investing in the community and helping small and medium businesses be more productive." Feel free to share the good news with your colleagues.

TelePacific Arrives in Texas

TelePacific recently announced the acquisition of Texas-based Tel West Network Services Corporation, one of the fastest growing privately held companies in Central Texas, offering high speed internet and other ancillary telecommunications services. While Tel West will continue to operate in Texas under its own name, this marks TelePacific's physical expansion beyond California and Nevada.

Existing Tel West customers will benefit from TelePacific's expanded services and excellent customer service, while TelePacific customers with offices in Texas can more easily receive their services from one provider. This is a win-win for your customers with offices in both states.

This new acquisition, coupled with TelePacific's recent announcement of the purchase of Telekenex, which includes a nationwide PCI compliant MPLS/OC-192 backbone, cloud-based security services, managed network services and a robust hosted PBX platform, showcases TelePacific's growing nationwide capabilities and services. Stay tuned for more information about all the exciting news taking place and how it will benefit your customers and your sales.

State of the Art Datacenters

Your customers have come to rely on you to show them clever tools and services to help them do business. TelePacific is right on par, developing telecommunication solutions that offer the flexibility, security, and capacity for growth that SMBs need.

TelePacific's colocation solutions can be a wise move for companies, offering tremendous performance and fiscal benefits in comparison to hosting the same systems in-house. What's not to like about having the power and convenience of a datacenter without the capital expense of building one? With the recent acquisition of OCiX, TelePacific recently expanded our presence in California with a second SAS 70 Type 2 datacenter.

Our new facility in Southern California offers state-of-the-art security and reliability that SMBs need for their mission-critical applications:

  • Multiple Power and Bandwidth Options
  • Range of Cabinet/Cage Configurations
  • N+1 Power, Cooling and Data Path Redundancy
  • 24 x 7 Onsite NOC and Remote Hands
  • Live, Manned Security and Video Surveillance

Fun with Mobility

What happens when a small work team is on the road, at a client's office, event or temporary job site — and is in need of mobile data connectivity? It isn't always easy to outfit everyone with a mobile data card — but TelePacific has the perfect solution: the MiFi 2200 HotSpot. This dandy (and popular) product can provide a Wi-Fi signal for up to five devices, routing them all through the MiFi's 3G cellular data connection — an efficient and convenient way to enable data access for small groups in virtually any situation. The HotSpot is easily portable, simple to connect, and offers built-in security.

And speaking of mobility, we have two fabulous new mobile phones to tell you about. For folks who don't want or need a smartphone, TelePacific has a sleek, contemporary flip handset called the Kyocera Mako S4000. This elegant device is not only easy to use, it comes packed with key business features. It's Bluetooth® capable and SMS ready, has a VGA camera and speakerphone, and offers up to four hours of talk time. Consumers who want to stay in touch — as simply as possible — will embrace this new TelePacific product.

The Blackberry® Curve 8530 is guaranteed to impress your customers. This exciting, lightweight (and darned attractive) smartphone combines the magic of BlackBerry with enhanced accessibility to keep your customers connected to everything that matters most to them. The phone's features are outstanding: It offers email, calendar, contacts, and web browsing — everything they need for their office-on-the-go; but that's just the tip of the iceberg. The Curve 8530 is also WiFi enabled, has a camera with video recording, streaming audio/video/media player and location capabilities with GPS and BlackBerry Maps. In short, it's the full package.
