Any given week, we all visit a bunch of different stores, from the office supply store to the grocery store, the gas station to the electronics store, the local take-out joint to the video store. You’ve probably been accosted more than once at these places by the cashier trying to get you to sign up for one of their store credit cards—low interest rates (until the 24-hour grace period expires and then the rates skyrocket) and 10% off (although you end up paying 40% in interest). And if we must confess, we all probably have one or more of these cards stuffed in the back of our wallets. Go ahead, confess. We won’t tell. The Hassles of Multiplicity But what if we lived in a world where there were only store-issued credit cards and, just to make it more difficult, cash wasn’t accepted? There would be no card for everywhere you want to be, no card for everything money can buy and no card you can’t leave home without—actually, you probably wouldn’t be able to leave home without all of your cards. I think we’re going to need a bigger wallet! You would be forced to use multiple individual cards to live your life and run your business. How complicated would that be? Probably pretty complicated. In addition to having to deal with so many cards, you’d receive a plethora of monthly bills to review, track and manage. That alone would undoubtedly make your bill-paying sessions more of a headache than they already are.
Fortunately, that’s not the world we live in. In our world, cash is accepted and your major credit cards can help you purchase almost anything. However, if your company has multiple offices throughout California and Nevada, chances are that your telecom services resemble the unacceptable fragmented credit world. Your company is probably receiving service from more than one telecom company. The major national service providers don’t overlap their service areas, so an office in Northern California likely has a different service provider than one in Southern California, and both may be different from your service provider in the Las Vegas area. Like the multiple department store credit cards, that means multiple bills, multiple companies to contact with problems or questions and headaches by the bucketful. Talk about layers of complexity! The Simplicity of One But there is an easier way—and it starts with TelePacific. TelePacific is the multi-location expert in telecom. Our footprint is the largest of any service provider in California and Nevada, which means we can provide service to your offices in Northern California, Southern California, Las Vegas, and almost anywhere else in those states. With TelePacific, you’ll have one provider...one point of contact...one invoice...and fewer headaches. Think of it as your one-stop solution—at least for your telecom service. + Read More And not just any service—TelePacific prides itself on providing excellent service and support, with products that match what the big guys offer at prices more in-tune with your business needs. And you can be sure that the low prices are real, not the take-a-small-discount-today-and-pay-us-your-earning-potential-for-three-generations deals like the store credit cards offer. TelePacific also allows you to combine a variety of services for which you would typically have to go to different vendors. Take OneSecure, TelePacific’s managed security services package. It offers layers of security features designed with small- and medium-size businesses in mind, including Firewall, IPS, Gateway Anti-Virus, Web Content Filtering, SPAM Filtering and Virtual Private Network protection. The comprehensive Security Management Portal allows you to view your attack log, activity detail reports and security protection rating. And with different service subscription options, OneSecure can be tailored to meet your business’ security needs. It’s easy to manage and one less thing to worry about. Speaking of fewer things to worry about—try OneCentral, which should remove a big layer of complication and make managing the telecommunications service in all of your offices a headache-free experience. You can view all of your TelePacific invoices, usage and account details and reports online, in one central location (get it?). So not only do you receive just one bill for all your services, the bill is easy to access and manage online. It’s free, quick and easy account management that eliminates the need for paper statements and complication. And those are just two of the time-saving, centralized services TelePacific offers. One of the best parts about working with TelePacific is that one size doesn’t need to fit all. If one of your offices is larger and needs more phone lines or an extra T-1 line, we can do that. Or if your boss’ troublesome son-in-law has been exiled to establish a “satellite office” in Westmorland and he only needs four lines and a DSL connection, we can do that too. No matter what your different offices need, TelePacific can work with you to find the right solution. So, while we can’t help with managing your finances, we can make managing your telecommunications a headache-free process…and who wouldn’t want that? Call your TelePacific representative today to discuss your business needs and how TelePacific can help you make at least one part of running your business easier. |
