TelePacific Talks: Doing More with Less Telepacific

When will the slow economy pick up again? What else can I do to keep my company financially healthy? When does the summer movie season start, so I can take my mind off of these challenging times? If your company is like most businesses, those questions have been asked over and over again (except maybe the movie question). So what’s a responsible company to do?

The short answer is to do more with less. It’s not rocket science, but it’s one of the better ways to cope with uncertainty and constantly-changing market conditions. The trick is to figure out how you can do more with less. Sometimes that means reducing or eliminating services, and sometimes it means making those services work harder.

How can I do that, you’re probably asking yourself? I mean, I don’t control the services and what they can do...I just use what’s provided. But are you using everything that’s included with the services you use? You may be surprised to learn that some of your telecommunications services have additional features you weren’t aware of, or different ways to use those services that give you more benefits (similar to a cash-back or rewards card).

You know TelePacific offers lots of different telecom services, but did you know how feature-rich those services really are? For instance, did you know that you can make unlimited calls between all of your locations (as long as they all have TelePacific service) for one low monthly cost? It’s kind of like the “friends and family” program many cell phone companies offer. And since your offices make up a family (or friends, at the very least), it’s a good illustration.

And you may know that Conference Central is a great way to save on travel costs by hosting virtual meeting...but did you know that you can record conference calls and replay them later? You can share the recording with anyone—someone who couldn’t attend the call, your mom to show her what a rock star you are...it’s up to you. And you can also lock a conference call so only people with the security code can listen in—great for confidential executive-level meetings.

We know there are lots of considerations when choosing a telecom provider: price, available services, product bundles, customer support, location and even personal relationships. TelePacific may not be the low-cost leader, but we believe we’re worth it in the long run. After all, the money you save by using, say, the cable company for your telecom services doesn’t compare to the money you lose when your service fails and you can’t get a hold of anyone to fix it.

We’re here to answer any questions you may have and help you find the best TelePacific products for your business. We’ll even help you figure out how to make the most of your existing services. All so you can do more with less. So if you have questions about what is included with your service, give us a call today. You may be surprised what you learn.
